School Site Plan (SPSA)
The Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA, or site plan) guides the development of Oakland Tech’s school program. Expenditures of funds and commitments of time are compared with the site plan as decisions are made. The SPSA is a document that is legislatively mandated, and it is available to the public.
