There will be a mandatory meeting on Wednesday, September 15th, at 6pm in the Library for parents of students in fall non-football sports:

• Cross Country
• Girls Volleyball
• Girls Tennis

Initially, coaches and parents from all sports will meet together to cover:

• medical/insurance forms
• code of conduct forms and expectations for student-athletes and parents
• communications between coaches and parents
• Booster Club

Parents and coaches from the individual sports will break out into groups to discuss:

• Schedule – practices and games
• Communications – how communications work between parents & coaches
• Selecting team parent volunteer
• Defining role/responsibilities of team parent
