• Baseball practice may start no earlier than Monday, January 31, 2011.
• All games will begin at 3:30 p.m.
• Games will have seven innings (ten run rule is in effect, team ahead by ten runs in the fifth inning).
• Each team is allowed five minutes fielding practice.  There is to be no batting practice.
• Age. No student whose nineteenth (19th) birthday is attained prior to June 15 may participate or practice on any team in the following school year.  A student whose nineteenth birthday is on June 14 or before is ineligible.
• Students playing on any OAL baseball team may not play on any outside baseball team until the OAL schedule is completed.  This schedule period includes the practice period.  A student who is in outside competition when practice begins, must receive the approval of the Director of the Oakland Athletic League to complete his outside competition.
