The Oakland Tech varsity baseball team clinched their fourth consecutive OAL title Wednesday, defeating runner-up Skyline, 3-1.

A 2-out Skyline error plated 2 runs in the second inning. The Bulldogs gave one run back in the top of the third on a 2 out walk, stolen base, and dropped pop fly. But the defense and pitching of Daniel Dal Pino was too much for the Titans to overcome.

Even if the Bulldogs lose their final game to McClymonds next week, they would be OAL champs by way of their tie-breaking head-to-head record (2-1) against second-place Skyline.

Tech will play Lowell in the TransBay Tournament starting Tuesday, May 14th. Here is the TransBay schedule:
