Wednesday November 16, 1:15 – 3:00 on Oakland Tech’s field.

Open to any student interested in learning more about this exhilarating game!  Oakland Tech’s lacrosse teams will be there as well to demonstrate both the girls game and the boys game.  We will have lots of lacrosse sticks available so anyone can try it out.  No experience necessary!

John Christmas is a professional lacrosse player who graduated from University of Virginia in 2005 and has played on a number of pro teams back east since then.  He has coached all levels, and trained over 55 high school All Americans through his lacrosse-training program.  He has focused more recently on building a non-profit lacrosse program in Philadelphia for underserved youth.  He is moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in January and is interested in getting to know our lacrosse community while he visits in November.
