There will be a meeting for all students interested in playing Boys Volleyball at Tech this year:

Monday, January 31st
3:45 pm (right after school)

No prior volleyball experience is necessary in order to play. Any and all boys who are interested in playing varsity volleyball at Tech this year is encouraged to attend this meeting. Much of the team graduated last year, so there will be excellent opportunities for experienced volleyballers and newcomers alike to play this great sport.

And don’t worry….they don’t wear spandex in boys volleyball!

The 2010 Bulldog Boys Volleyball Team

The Oakland Tech boys volleyball team defeated the visiting St. Mary’s Panthers, 3-2 (25-18, 21-25, 21-25, 25-19, 15-9) on Tuesday for the program’s first victory against a non-OAL foe.  The victory also marked the program’s first two-match winning streak, and it was achieved by a banged-up and shorthanded group of Bulldogs.

Playing with only 6 available, healthy players for the last 3 games, Tech battled back from a 2 games to 1 deficit to win the last two games, including a decisive 15-9 win in the final game of the match.

The Oakland Tech boys volleyball team defeated visiting the Oakland High Wildcats on Thursday afternoon. The Bulldogs swept the match, 3-0 (25-18, 25-18, 25-19) in the OAL opener for both schools.
