“I Can Afford College” Mini-College Fair

“I Can Afford College” is coming to Oakland Tech at lunchtime on May 6^th in the front quad.  “I Can Afford College” wants to increase awareness about financial aid opportunities and provide students with free one-on-one help identifying those opportunities and applying for them.  As part of the 5^th annual Financial Aid Awareness Month (FAAM) and to help promote FAAM, “I Can Afford College” has joined forces with Clear Channel Radio to offer an exciting “Free Ride to Community Colleges” sweepstakes.  The Grand Prize 2010 Kia Soul will be coming to Oakland Tech as well as Clear Channel staff to give away prizes and sign students up for the sweepstakes.  We will have several Community College Representatives and a Radio DJ playing music.
