*Attendance Procedures: At our last staff meeting, we briefly discussed attendance taking procedures.
*It is EXPECTED that ALL teachers (not IWE’s or students) will take attendance as early as time permits and before midnight of the same day. . If for some unexpected reason you are not able to meet the midnight deadline, you MUST take attendance on a paper roster and submit to Ms. Thomas the next day.
*Please leave instructions for substitutes that they are to get paper rosters from the attendance office in the morning and return completed attendance rosters to Ms. Thomas before they leave for the day.
* If a student arrives tardy, please make a change to the attendance to reflect tardy-not absence.
*Faculty Council will review the pink pass policy at the next meeting.
Remember that accurate and daily attendance accounting is your responsibility. Thanks.
