Zach Spindle kicked a 40-yard field goal late in the fourth quarter to give the Bulldogs a win over the Tigers at Curt Flood Field to stay unbeaten in the OAL.

Oakland Tech quarterback James Lewis threw a touchdown pass to Michael Adams and also ran in a touchdown as the Bulldogs (6-2, 3-0) and Tigers were tied at halftime 14-14. In the third quarter, Fremont intercepted a Lewis pass and drove to Oakland Tech’s 2-yard line. But the Bulldogs defense didn’t allow the Tigers to score.

Next Saturday, Oakland Tech plays at Skyline and Fremont (3-4, 1-2) plays at McClymonds.
