English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC)
Oakland Tech’s English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC) provides parents of English Learners opportunities to:
- Learn more about the programs offered to their students.
- Participate in the school-wide assessment of the needs of students, parents, and teachers.
- Provide advice to the principal and school staff on the most positive and effective actions to improve learning

TPU is a new program for parents and caregivers of Tech students to connect with each other, share skills, learn important information and build a stronger and more supportive community.
