Eligibility: African American graduating high school seniors residing in Alameda or Contra Costa counties and enrolling in a four-year program at a university or college in the fall. GPA 2.5 minimum, active in community service.

Scholarship: Delta Sigma Theta Scholarships

Sponsor/Organization: Delta Sigma Theta Berkeley Bay Area Alumnae Chapter

Scholarship Amount: Varies according to need of the student

Eligibility: Open to all high school seniors in Alameda County attending four-year institution or community college, however, African American students are the main focus. Evaluation will take into account gpa (3.25 min), leadership ability, potential for success, financial need, and demonstrated commitment to community/school service.
