Scholarship Amount: $2,000 to $5,000
Eligibility: High School seniors who will attend a four-year college/university in the US. Students MUST have a parent or grandparent who is an owner of, or in current full-time employment with, a company holding a valid liquor license. (This includes restaurants, retailers, distributors, airlines, suppliers, hotels, etc.)

Scholarship: SAE Engineering Scholarship
Scholarship Amount: 8 different scholarships are available (one through SAE; others are through the listed Universities). University awards range from $400 to full tuition.

Scholarship: Carrington Dental Centre Scholarship Application

Scholarship: Explorer's Club Youth Activity Fund
Scholarship Amount: Awards range from $500 to $2,500
Eligibility: The Youth Activity Fund for high school students fosters the advancement of scientific knowledge of the world. Grants are given to students conducting individual scientific or exploration research projects through their respective schools, with a supervising instructor. Your instructor must write a letter of support. This is not a general scholarship for tuition. Awards announced April 2013.

Scholarship: 2012 LegiSchool Visual Arts Contest
Scholarship Amount: 1st - $150 (1); Runners up - $100 (4)
Eligibility: California high school student currently enrolled in grades 9-12. Visual art submission required.

Additional Information: All visual arts submissions must adhere to the following criteria:
1. Artwork must an original 11 x 14 piece, flat and suitable for hanging. Artwork can be matted (not to exceed 11x14 and 1/4 inch thick) and must be unframed.
2. Any type of mixed media (paint, sketch, pastel, watercolor, etc.) or computer generated graphic designs are permissible. Computer generated works must be printed on print quality paper. No electronic files will be accepted. No photographs will be accepted.
3. Artwork must include the words “California State Park(s)” in the piece.
4. A completed submission form* must accompany each entry. Students are limited to one entry per person.
