Graduates who weren’t able to get their diplomas on June 14, should call the school — (510) 450-5400 ext. 151 and/or ext 120 — to schedule an appointment for pick up.
Seniors must fill out this transcript request form and give it to Ms. Conocono in the counseling office. Be sure to indicate how many final transcripts are needed. (The form is also available in the counseling office.)
Transcripts may be picked up from 10 AM to 2:30 PM in the counseling office.
It is the student’s responsibility to mail/drop off transcripts to their colleges by the deadlines (UC and CSU deadline was July 1.) Students unable to pick up their transcripts need to indicate a designated person on the form. The designated person needs to bring an ID and a letter of consent/authorization from the student when they come to pick up the transcript.
Students attending colleges that are part of the Common Application need to let their counselor know which school they are attending in order for the school to electronically submit final reports.
