Equity Team Board

Dr. R. Salleé is the Linked Learning Pathway Coordinator at Oakland Tech.  She has a plethora of experience as a classroom teacher, site administrator, charter school owner and operator, coordinator, educational consultant, adjunct professor and artistic director.  Her passions lie in the areas or equity in 21st teaching and learning, Professional Learning Communities that augment equitable outcomes for our most marginalized scholars and Instructional Leadership Teams that promote innovative, researched based instructional practices that provide equitable opportunities for scholars.  She loves all aspects of the arts, enjoys attending and hosting tea parties and supports arts in education.  She is also an adjunct professor in the Teacher Credentialing Program at National University.

Ms. C. Ousley is the new 10th grade Assistant Principal at Oakland Tech. She served as an Assistant Principal and Interim Principal at Montclair Elementary, and Summer School Principal at Oakland Fine Arts Summer School (OFASS). She also served as an elementary school principal in Newark Unified School District, Newark, CA and Ravenswood City School District, East Palo Alto, CA.

She is a highly skilled and student focused transformational leader with a strong commitment and dedication to student achievement, empowering staff and professional learning communities, enhancing enrichment activities, engaging and interacting with the parent community and providing a safe, stimulating and motivating learning environment.


Ms. Elisabeth Mooring
 is entering her 4th year as an Assistant Principal at Oakland Tech. She currently oversees the Engineering/Architect and Race, Policy and Law Pathways.
In addition, she supports the 11th grade scholars and their families.   Ms. Mooring is our WASC Coordinator, oversees all hiring at Oakland Tech and leads the Instructional Leadership Team.

 

Terrance Holliday is a Proud Black Man and Father of two (ages 12 & 22). First born and eldest of 8 and Uncle to 12. Husband of 7 years. Youth advocate for 12 years. A strong; dedicated leader, speaker, mentor and community activist. I possess the tools, experience, knowledge and personality necessary to build solid bonds and cooperative work relationships while maintaining professional boundaries. I approach my work with a flexible and open mind that is always eager to learn new things and push my potential to the next level. I am highly organized, a skilled negotiator and an honest team player at all times. My title in OUSD is Work Based Learning Liaison.
