Tech Auction Needs a Co-Chair and Communications Person

Did you help to do fundraising at your elementary or middle school? Maybe you are looking for a way to get to know other Tech parents and connect with the school community? Well, we have the job for you.

We have two roles open for the Tech Auction 2020: We are looking for an Auction Co-Chair and a Communication Director (which is a great role for those with a bit of time to spare from their home or office).

Our Auction is a key part of supporting our teachers and your kids here at OT. We raised almost $100,000 last year for much needed books and science materials, and much more, and this year we hope we can repeat that amount to help with a new goal from our teachers and staff.

We have the location booked. We have a fully experienced team of parents and a great senior parent as a co-chair. But we could use a freshman or sophomore parent to help coordinate all the teams and be our other co-chair. We have all the files/instructions you need in cloud documents, team leaders ready to deploy—we just need YOU. Please contact Stacia Hatfieldstaciahatfield@yahoo.com or 415-819-8830.
