All Tech students should complete the #Oaklandundivided Tech Check Survey. We want to work with our families to reduce and alleviate the digital divide by ensuring that all Oakland Students have an Internet device at home, and internet connection.

Scroll to the bottom of that page and click the NEXT PAGE button to start the survey.

It’s important for families to complete the survey for three reasons:

  1. To document their home technology status, especially for Distance Learning, but ALSO for when we are back at school in-person, so that everybody has resources at home to do online work.
  2. To qualify for NEW, FREE technology from #Oaklandundivided. -Students who receive these free computers will KEEP and OWN these devices.
  3. When students get their free technology, the school will receive back any loaned devices, to return to the school’s Chromebook carts for that happy day when we return fully to in-person instruction.

The Survey will take 10 minutes or less to complete, online.

Families will need their student’s OUSD email and student ID to include in the survey:

  • Email = s_firstname.lastname@ousd.org
  • ID = 123456
