Do you want to learn in-demand tech skills to make a difference? These  six-week summer programs offer opportunities to:

  • Receive FREE DoorDash credits for the duration of the program
  • Receive a FREE laptop to engage in each session
  • Develop strong relationships with a peer community
  • Choose to learn to code in Python, participate in data science fundamentals classes, and understand front/back-end web development
  • Have engaging discussions about the social justice aspects of technology and how they relate to our lives

We currently offer two program options:

1) Tech Foundations
In this program, you will learn the foundations of web design, examine your tech justice lens, and explore data science concepts. Open to all with priority for Bay area applicants.

  • June 14, 2021 – July 9, 2021
  • Monday – Friday (9am – 12:30pm PST)
  • Location: Virtual
  • Must be 16 – 25 years old

2) Entrepreneurship, Tech, & Justice
In this program, you will build your brand from a tech justice lens, connect with other entrepreneurs, and explore how tech shapes our local communities. Open to all.

  • June 21, 2021 – July 30, 2021
  • Monday – Friday (2pm – 5pm PST)
  • Location: Virtual
  • Must be 16+

Eligibility requirements:

  • Commitment to attend all sessions.
  • Be actively engaged throughout sessions.
  • Be 16 to 25 years old.
