Oakland Tech High School Parents,
My name is Viviana Zetina and I am excited to be returning to Oakland Tech as your full-time Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) College Adviser!
I’m from Los Angeles, and a first-generation graduate from San Francisco State University with a Double Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology and Comparative World Literature and Double Minor in Counseling and Jewish Studies. I’m eager to work with you all to enhance the college-going culture at Oakland Tech, as we make post-secondary resources widely available for our students!
EAOP’s mission is to increase college access for low income, first generation and underrepresented high school students by placing highly trained, recent college graduates in schools as full time College Adviser Fellows. I will be providing the following college advising services and much more at Oakland Tech:
I am available to provide drop-in advising services and presentations to
all students. Additionally, I will be providing more intensive individual
advising to a specific cohort of students from the 9th to 12th grade. If you
have any students you would like to refer to our program, please contact
me at email@example.com or at 510-541-4148. I will be located in
the College & Career Center. Feel free to contact me digitally or drop by
the office if you have any further questions, or would like to schedule an
appointment. Thank you, I look forward to working with you and your
students this year!
