  • ‘Virtual’ Student Support Services Schedule
    Drop-in support and therapy, boys and girls groups, a weekly “Zoom Check In Circle” and other support services available during the ongoing campus closure.
  • Access to School Transcripts
    While OUSD facilities remain closed, it is not possible to send transcripts by U.S. mail, but students are still able to request transcripts online. Click for details.
  • Virtual College Advising
    Oakland Tech's college adviser, Mr. Marvin, is available for virtual college advising with students. Mr. Marvin works with UC Berkeley’s Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) and Destination College Advising Corps (DCAC), but you do not have to be enrolled in these programs to receive support. Students can contact Mr. Marvin through text at (916) 562-0129, or email him at to ask any direct questions or schedule an appointment through Google Hangout or Zoom.
  • COVID-19 Relief Grants for Students
    The MyScholly college scholarship access platform is offering $200 COVID-19 cash assistance grants to students over the age of 15. Visit to apply.



  • Oakland Tech on Instagram
    We invite everyone to follow the OTHS Connections Instagram account as a way to stay connected in this time of separation.OT Support on Instagram is a resource for getting all kinds of support and assistance from the Oakland Tech community. Additionally, our You Meet The World Instagram account is centered on getting out important information and updates to the entire Bay Area community.
  • OT Email Discussion Group
    We also have a moderated email-based discussion group where parents and other community members can share information and ask questions of each other. To subscribe, email the group moderator with your name, email address, and relationship to Oakland Tech.
